Abusive Supervision and Turnover Intentions: A Mediation-Moderation Perspective

This study intended to provide and test a unique model describing how abusive supervision increases workers’ turnover intentions, with mediating role of emotional exhaustion moderating self-esteem. We argued that exacerbates the association between intentions workers, while self-esteem buffers this relationship, based on unfolding voluntary as an overarching theory. The design reflected are mediated by exhaustion, relationship is further moderated A well-structured self-administered questionnaire was used collect data from 290 respondents. were analyzed, hypotheses tested using PLS-SEM. findings confirmed there exists positive significant link through indirect effect exhaustion.
